I'm a Technical Program Manager at Meta, where I manage complex computer vision projects from early research to production. I'm responsible for shipping hand tracking features on Quest, Quest Pro and future devices.
Previously, I was a Senior Program Manager at Appen, where I manage computational linguists around the world working on projects for Google, Microsoft, Amazon, SAP, Oracle, and other industry leaders.
Before that, I drove the linguistic roadmap for Microsoft Windows, especially handwriting recognition in Windows 7 for Tablet PC; and text prediction and auto-correction for more than 30 languages.
As a linguistic engineer at Microsoft, I implemented the German spell checker and named entity recognition in Microsoft Office 2007 and other Microsoft products. I also authored and edited content for the the first interactive linguistics CD-ROM, "The Interactive Introduction to Linguistics."
